Nova Mente Jiu Jitsu Academy

We have a big 40+ crew, so you won’t feel like the old guy surrounded by 22-year-old competitors. Classes are welcoming, the training can be as challenging as you want it to be, and our coaches and partners care more about keeping you on the mats than winning gym rounds.

Open mat is free: no drop-in charge for visitors. Visitors from other schools are welcome.
