Genesis Jiu Jitsu Burleson

45 years old, walking into Genesis Jiu Jitsu for the first time. Nervous, out of shape, and wondering if I'm too old for this. No experience, no idea what to expect, but ready to challenge myself. The hardest part isn't stepping onto the mats. It's finding the courage to walk through the door.

Open mat is free: no drop-in charge for visitors. Visitors from other schools are welcome.
